Commercial Tire Service Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to inspect, install, repair, and maintain tires and wheels across trucks, trailers, mixed commercial fleets, and buses and transit vehicles. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role combines shop-based work with mobile roadside dispatches throughout a local service area.

Responsibilities
Inspect commercial vehicle tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
Install and mount tires on trucks, trailers, buses, and other commercial vehicles.
Repair commercial tires and perform wheel service, including balancing.
Respond to mobile roadside service calls within the assigned service territory.
Support fleet maintenance programs for mixed commercial fleets.
Operate hydraulic equipment as required for tire and wheel service.
Complete accurate service documentation and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
Provide professional customer service and troubleshoot service issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in commercial tire service.
Valid driver’s license & DOT health card.
Experience with commercial tire repair, tire mounting, and wheel balancing.
Knowledge of tire pressure monitoring systems and fleet maintenance.
Experience operating hydraulic equipment.
Strong safety compliance, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
