Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

The Role

GS2Law is looking for a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Miami office. Our desired candidates are ready to step into substantive advocacy roles and grow with the firm.

This is a hands-on litigation position with real courtroom and arbitration exposure. You will work closely with seasoned partners on complex commercial disputes, taking ownership of matters from inception through resolution. We are a lean, collaborative team, which means you will have direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and a seat at the table on strategy.

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced, self-driven litigator who is entrepreneurial by nature. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to build a case from the ground up, and are hungry for advocacy opportunities including depositions, hearings, oral argument, trial. You are as comfortable thinking strategically as you are rolling up your sleeves. You want to be part of something dynamic, not just a number at a large firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum six (6) years of commercial litigation experience
• Florida Bar admission required, New York Bar admission a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and courtroom or hearing advocacy
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work collaboratively in a team setting
• An entrepreneurial spirit and hopefully a great sense of humor.
