Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required ) BSN from an accredited school ( Preferred ) Licenses & Certifications: RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) â€"

Required BLS from AHA â€"

Required ACLS â€"

Required National Certification in your specialty â€"

Preferred Experience: 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience â€"

Required. Experience with computer data entry â€"

Required. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems â€"

Preferred. Must-Have Skills: A+ interpersonal and communication chops Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools. Calm under pressure â€" you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro. Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making.
