Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Sales Representative role based in Richmond, VA. The Service Sales Representative will identify and pursue service sales opportunities with commercial and clients, including business owners, property managers, and facility managers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting service proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating closely with service and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling, fulfillment of contracts, and high customer satisfaction. The Service Sales Representative will also nurture existing accounts, address customer inquiries, and support marketing and outreach activities to grow Green Air's service portfolio. Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and account management. Experience with service-based offerings, preferably in HVAC, building systems, or related trades, and ability to understand technical service scopes. Solid communication and presentation abilities, with skill in explaining service options and preparing clear, accurate proposals. Proficiency with basic business software and CRM tools, including updating contact information, opportunities, and sales activities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with technicians, project managers, and office staff to meet client needs. Previous experience in outside sales, service sales, or account management is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
