Who We Are Looking For: The Sr. Clinical Study Analyst will need to draw upon their extensiveexpertiseacross the areas of clinical research and clinical trial design and execution to help our customers meet their goals. This role will support and educate users in a consultative manner,ultimately creatingself-sufficient users of our platform and driving product adoption in the process. The ideal candidate is someone willing tolearnour platform, data, and tools whileutilizingexisting clinical information and skills to discovernew approachesin solving challenging matters. What You Will Be Doing: Independently translate eligibility criteria and query for patient cohorts usingTriNetXLIVE™ Apply standard coding schemes (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, etc.) to define patient cohorts based on provided criteria Deeply understand nuances of clinical trial eligibility criteria and represent them using available clinical data sources Lead live demos and training sessions to existing and prospective users ofTriNetXLIVE™ with minimal oversight Serve as primary contact for pharma, biotech, CRO, and healthcare organization clients toidentify, analyze and interpret data relevant to clinical questions and needs, and provide consultativeassistancevia written, oral, or in-person presentation methods Handle a high volume and complexity of daily questions from pharma and healthcare organization usersregardingplatform and analytic capabilities Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements using effective workload management and prioritization capabilities Collaborate with the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics team and other Client Delivery staff on project evaluations, disease/study reports, and presentations Document and escalate feedback on product usability and potential new features to senior team members Support the sales and training processes ofTriNetXon both the healthcare organization and sponsor (pharma/CRO) user ends of the platform Participate in and lead team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to buildexpertisein real-world evidence and clinical operations Contribute to scientific publications and external conference presentations Mentor newer Analysts and junior team members, providing technical and professional guidance Track task statuses against specified timelines Assure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality of information Review professional journals and publications to help solve complex research questions and keep informed of current trends What You Bring toTriNetX: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ yearsof experience in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trial design or execution, feasibility, or patient recruitment, preferably in a pharma/CRO setting Demonstrated experience working with patient data including clinical information systems, EMR, claims, etc. Familiarity with clinical data coding systems and/or computer-based clinical search tools and data analytics Strong research skills and the ability tolocateand synthesize clinical information Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business needs into data-driven solutions Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; experience presenting to external clients Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload to meet deadlines Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team Preferred Advanced degree (MPH, MS, or equivalent) Familiarity/proficiencywiththeTriNetXLIVE™ platform TriNetX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
