What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU caring for a 32-bed unit
• Manage care for infants from a high-volume nursery supporting over 4,000 deliveries annually
• Perform and maintain various neonatal procedures
• Collaborate with neonatologists and nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in professional mentorship and ongoing education, especially supportive for new graduates
• Support family-centered, compassionate neonatal care aligned with hospital standards
• Contribute to a team-driven environment emphasizing collegiality and professional development

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• No specific experience requiredentry-level applicants encouraged to apply
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in night call rotation and work within a team-oriented setting
