- Phone call only: about 1:12 weekdays and every 8-10 weekends
- 4 day week can be considered
- EMR = Athena
- Salary plus quarterly productivity and quality bonus
- $230,000 base for new graduates, negotiable for experienced providers
- Shareholder option
- Matching 401k retirement

- PTO = 4 weeks in year one; 5 weeks starting in year 2
