Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.Shift: Sunday through Thursday: Hours - (Sunday 3pm until complete/close and Monday - Thursday 4pm till complete/close)Pay Rate: Range is $27.84 - $46.78 per hour depending on experience.Sign-on Bonus: $2000.00Responsibilities:Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.Education:Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.Experience:2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
