About the Position

Job Title: RN LTC Profession: RN LTC Specialty: RN LTC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a LTC setting Description: Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder's assessment, choices, and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions. Facility is a total of 160 beds. Resident to Nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview. Must be willing to work night shifts (2245 - 0645) at times. 40 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation required.
