ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve proudly served Northeast Louisiana for 25 years and currently lead a team of nine licensed insurance professionals. As a lifelong resident of the area, I’m passionate about serving the community I call home. I know our success is a direct result of our outstanding team, and it’s an honor to lead such a talented group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Wheelis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
