Security Officer – Unarmed – Construction Site Urgent NeedLocation: Roseville, CaliforniaSchedule: Graveyard shift - schedule varies (does include weekends)Valid CA Driver's License RequiredClean Driving Record RequiredActive CA Guard Card RequiredAs a Security Officer with American Security Force, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites.Responsibilities:Patrol job site perimeter, entrances, equipment staging areas, and building zonesMonitor and control site access for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitorsMaintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassingVerify proper credentials (badges, IDs, authorization) before allowing site accessRespond to emergencies such as break-ins, fires, equipment tampering, or safety hazardsSecure tools, vehicles, and heavy equipment at end of shiftsComplete thorough Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports as neededLock/unlock gates, construction trailers, or fenced areas according to scheduleReport all suspicious activity to site supervisors, project managers, or law enforcement as appropriateConduct safety check-ins and communicate with site managers to ensure ongoing site security complianceMinimum Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experienceMust have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving recordMust possess an active California Guard CardStrong customer service skills requiredMust be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shiftsAvailable on weekends.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local lawsAmerican Security Force is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
