As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to our specialized equipment, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in painting techniques, and a commitment to delivering products that meet the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSurface Preparation: Prepare surfaces of equipment for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.Fill and smooth imperfections, ensuring a clean and even surface for paint application.Paint Application: Apply paint finishes using various techniques, including spraying, rolling, and brushing.Mix and match paint colors to achieve specified finishes and color schemes.Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of painted surfaces.Address any imperfections or deviations from specifications promptly.Equipment Maintenance: Properly clean and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and brushes.Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of painting tasks.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment.Proficient in the use of painting tools and equipment.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color and design.Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to painting activities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Effective communication skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, and lifting.Preferred: Automotive painting experience.Certification or training in painting techniques.Core BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementTime Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
