Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients with blood cancers receiving chemotherapy and cellular therapies, including stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapies, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Float as needed between BMT/Onc and CTU units to meet facility needs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain flexible nurse-to-patient ratios to accommodate unit staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado or Compact RN License required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience required; consideration for 1.5 years with strong background.
• First-time travelers accepted if meeting experience requirements.
• Experience with patient care in Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology required.
