About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Highland Springs Post Acute, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing environment. You will establish treatment plans and treat patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patient's pain and help them increase their mobility. You will also maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Establish treatment plans and treat patients using a variety of methods
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Must have completed an accredited program and possess a valid VA Physical Therapist license
