What We Offer

• Weekly pay of $8.00

• PLUS $1/hour weekly attendance bonus

• Prior forklift experience required

Forklift Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Drive forklift

• Harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other processes including leading work area

• Production activities such as seed conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, etc

• Product return and sorting activities

• Field activities such as scouting, inspection and managing logistics

• Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads)

• Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.

• Various other duties as assigned by supervisor

Forklift Shift Info

• 1st shift

• 6:00am-2:30pm

• Monday - Friday

Forklift Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• High school diploma

• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.

• Must be stand-up and sit down forklift certified (or willing to become)

• Must possess good computer skills, past experience with JDE ERP computer system is a plus

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift for 8+ hours a day

• Able to work in the US
