Start Date: ASAP | Salary Range: $113,000 - $140,000

We are excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive Geriatric Program at a hospital in the metro area of Arizona. We are looking for an Adult Geriatrics–Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to be part of this innovative initiative. This position is perfect for a seasoned ACNP with extensive inpatient experience and a robust background in geriatric care.

Opportunity Highlights

• Be a key player in developing and expanding a pilot geriatric model with potential for system-wide implementation.
• Deliver acute, inpatient care to elderly patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough geriatric assessments and create tailored care plans.
• Contribute to program development in line with CMS Age-Friendly Health System standards and assist in achieving NICHE certification.
• Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction for both patients and families.

Qualifications

Education: Must hold certification as an ACNP.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in an inpatient acute care environment is preferred. A strong background in geriatric care is essential.
