Solution Advisor Senior Specialist

Job Title: Solution Advisor Senior Specialist Location: Newtown Square, PA Purpose and Objective SAP America, Inc. seeks a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist to drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning SAP solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences. Responsibilities Engage customers early in the sales cycle, match needs to SAP solutions, advise account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations pre‑sales and post‑sales. Develop and maintain standard product demonstrations and materials to secure business and increase revenue. Deliver compelling stories and demonstrations illustrating differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey. Collaborate with customers and partners to co‑create an agreed‑upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust. Ensure world‑class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value. Continuously explore and communicate added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting value expansion and increased revenue. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, Master’s degree in related field plus four (4) years of experience. Qualifications / Skills Presentation skills, including client‑facing events and support. Sales experience, including sales of solutions for customer development. Software and Integration Development. Project Management within IT industry. Enterprise Architecture Frameworks. Travel Position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated customer sites and SAP offices to attend executive meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements. Compensation The annual base salary range is $140,462 - $183,260. The targeted combined range for this position is $154,000 - $261,800, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target.
