AI-Native Web & Automation Developer

Job Title: AI-Native Web & Automation Developer Location: Remote WFH Experience: 25 Years Work Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an AI-native developer who actively uses AI tools as a core part of their development workflow to design, build, and deploy websites, web applications, and automated systems. This is not a traditional development role. The ideal candidate has already moved beyond conventional workflows and is leveraging AI to handle a significant portion of design, UI/UX, development logic, and process automation. You will be responsible for building high-quality digital experiences faster and more efficiently by combining development expertise with AI-driven execution. Key Responsibilities Design and develop websites and web applications using AI-assisted workflows Use AI tools to generate UI/UX concepts, wireframes, layouts, and design systems Leverage AI for code generation, debugging, optimization, and rapid prototyping Build automated workflows and systems to streamline internal and client processes Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins where required Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions Independently manage end-to-end project execution Continuously experiment with and adopt new AI tools to enhance output quality and speed Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 2–5 years of experience in web development Strong foundation in: WordPress (customization, themes, plugins) HTML, CSS, JavaScript Basic backend understanding (PHP/Java or similar) Demonstrated experience using AI tools in development workflows (this is mandatory) Ability to use AI for: UI/UX design generation Code development and iteration Workflow automation Strong problem-solving ability and independent working style Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Framer, Bubble) Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) Basic understanding of performance optimization and SEO Exposure to prompt engineering or structured AI workflows What We’re Looking For An AI-first mindset — AI is your default approach, not an add-on A builder who can take ideas from concept to execution rapidly Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision Comfort working across multiple projects and industries Focus on speed, efficiency, and output quality Key Outcome Expectations Significant reduction in development time using AI-assisted workflows High-quality, scalable, and visually strong digital products Increased automation across projects and internal processes Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions independently Screening Requirement (Important) Please include: Links to websites/web applications you have built A brief note on how you used AI tools in those projects (design, development, automation, etc.) Why Join Us Work in a fast-evolving, AI-first development environment Opportunity to build across diverse industries and use cases Freedom to experiment with cutting-edge tools and workflows High ownership and impact on projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Spes Manning
