Production Supervisor

Well established and growing food manufacturer opening a brand new facility in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow as the facility scales.

$30.00-$35.00 per hour | 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead a production team and oversee daily floor operations to ensure food products are made safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

• Supervise and direct production floor staff across assigned shifts
• Plan and coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and priorities
• Monitor output and ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Oversee safe operation of food production equipment including sheeting machines, ovens, and fryers
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and workplace safety policies
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Communicate production status, issues, and improvement opportunities to management
• Support the startup and ongoing buildout of facility processes and procedures
• Serve as a key communication bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking team members

What We're Looking For

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a food manufacturing environment required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience with food production equipment such as sheeting machines, ovens, or fryers preferred
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup production environment
