As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing inventory flow, executing precise order fulfillment, and ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently. Responsibilities Execute accurate order picking and staging using forklifts and other specialized warehouse equipment. Manage the end-to-end shipment process, including palletization, labeling, and documentation for domestic and international transit. Perform real-time inventory updates and stock transfers within our ERP system to ensure data integrity. Load and unload freight, ensuring all items are handled safely and organized for optimal warehouse throughput. Replenish production and storage zones to prevent bottlenecks and maintain a seamless workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve fulfillment discrepancies and meet business requirements. Uphold rigorous safety standards and contribute to a culture of workplace security and efficiency. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. Proficiency in basic reading, writing, and arithmetic for inventory tracking. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Commitment to reliable attendance and physical stamina to perform warehouse duties. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating reach trucks, stock pickers, or counterbalance forklifts. Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
