Director of Nursing (Don)Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking an experienced and results-driven director of nursing (don) to lead our clinical team and help drive the next chapter of success for our facility.This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned nursing leader who thrives in turnaround environments and has a demonstrated history of improving quality outcomes, strengthening survey performance, developing clinical teams, and building a culture of accountability.Our 170-bed skilled nursing facility currently maintains an average census in the 80s, presenting significant opportunity for growth and operational improvement.
