Company Driver | Intermodal Location: Gresham, OR Company: Schneider Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Intermodal truck driver Home time: Daily Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience Overview Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 99% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within 200 miles of ramp location. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Wage Scale: Hourly pay of $15 for all on duty, not driving hours (Line 4 time), Shipment pay of $10 per shipment, and Mileage pay between $0.53/mile and $0.64/mile for each assigned mile you complete (specific Shipment Pay rate depends on experience). Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Drivers on this account are required to drive at night. Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
