Construction Manager

Overview A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Set project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met. Manage project budgets and ensure cost‑effective solutions are implemented. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or changes in scope. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and techniques. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to strict deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients and stakeholders. Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions quickly under pressure.
