Shift Details:

• Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take and type notes for visually impaired staff.
• Read information to visually impaired staff.
• Enter data into various computer programs.
• Sort, locate, and return files.
• Learn new computer programs as required.
• Escort visitors.
• Answer phone calls and take messages.
• Perform other routine clerical duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proof of eligibility to work in New York State.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• With experience providing administrative support in an office setting using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Additional certifications may be required.
