Midway Staffing is currently hiring Cargo Handlers for a busy freight and warehouse operation in Brainerd, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Location: Brainerd, MN Schedule: Tuesday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Saturday: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM Full-Time Hours Pay Rate: $16.42 per hour

Duties: Load and unload freight from trucks using dollies and other manual equipment. Move, stage, organize, and prepare cargo for shipment and distribution. Verify freight and maintain accurate, organized storage areas. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. Sort and prepare shipments for delivery. Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting while meeting productivity expectations.

Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull freight throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, freight handling, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
