As our Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll set the tone for a memorable guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll guide and support our front desk team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the standards that Courtyard by Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality are known for. Pay: $21–$24 per hour Shift: Full Time Schedule: Mix of shifts, weekend availability & holidays Responsibilities Work to achieve a friendly atmosphere for fellow associates and hotel guests Display exemplary performance as an example for the staff to emulate Perform training and revenue management strategies with the staff Supervise Guest Representatives, Night Auditors, and act as Manager on Duty as needed Produce accurate financial reports on time Ensure that policy and procedure are followed and administered consistently Understand local health and safety codes Be knowledgeable about all brand standards Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between personnel and management Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience Supervisory experience preferred Prior Marriott Brand experience preferred Strong interest and willingness to develop sound managerial and team‑building skills, to lead a team effectively Excellent communication skills Comfortable with hotel computer reservation systems Ability to teach adult learners Available to work a flexible schedule (nights & weekends) Benefits
