Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role You'll be the trusted HR resource for our manufacturing team, supporting everything from compliance to culture. Working closely with frontline leaders, you'll build relationships across the floor and make sure our facility operates with both excellence and fairness. Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, and corrective discipline with fair, consistent, legally compliant outcomes Conduct exit interviews, process separations, and identify trends to inform retention strategies Make sure the facility stays compliant with federal, state, and local employment law, including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety standards Administer and support leave programs including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and ADA accommodations, coordinating with payroll and benefits Partner with managers on 90‑day reviews, performance management coaching, and documentation Facilitate required training (harassment prevention, forklift certification) and serve as a bilingual point of contact on the floor What You'll Bring Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus, but not required) Have 2+ years in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Are bilingual in English and Spanish Know employment law and HR compliance including OSHA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, and EEO Have conducted workplace investigations and handled separations with discretion Are organized with careful attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities at once Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1 401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90‑day waiting period Flexible PTO that grows over time 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays Compensation $75,000 - $90,000 base, plus annual bonus At viaPhoton, we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
