We are a respected and growing General Contractor with a strong footprint across the Southeast, specializing in high quality multi family and commercial projects. With an expanding pipeline of large scale projects in the Jacksonville market, we are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to drive field operations and ensure project success.

The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on site construction activities for ground up and Interiors commercial projects. This individual will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all field operations for commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final completion
• Develop and manage site logistics, sequencing, and short term schedules
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively address delays
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant job site
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and issue resolution
• Lead subcontractor meetings, inspections, and project walks with clients and stakeholders
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction field experience, with project lead experience
• Proven track record leading new construction and tenant improvements
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations
• Experience with construction management software (Procore or similar)
• High School Diploma
