Why This Role Matters As a Business Development Associate, you will develop and execute growth strategies by identifying, researching, and engaging cardiovascular practices, physician groups, and strategic partnership opportunities across the United States. This role feeds directly into corporate development and supports iterative expansion of our organization. Where You’ll Drive Impact Research and identify independent groups, physician practices, and strategic partnership opportunities across prioritized markets. Build outbound target lists and prospecting campaigns to support pipeline generation. Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conferences, and additional engagement channels. Generate qualified partnership opportunities and coordinate introductory discussions with senior leadership. Gather and synthesize information on prospective partners, including organizational structure, leadership teams, research capabilities, and growth initiatives. Support market mapping, target research, and strategic pipeline development activities. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and outreach tracking. Monitor outreach activity, sourcing metrics, and opportunity progression. Represent Iterative Health professionally in interactions with physicians, healthcare executives, and strategic partners. Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to support growth strategy discussions. Perform other tasks as assigned. What You Bring to the Team 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, recruiting, lead generation, partnerships, or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging external stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Competitive, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced growth environment. Intellectually curious with interest in healthcare strategy, partnerships, or corporate development. Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously. Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare executives. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, or outbound prospecting tools preferred. Healthcare, healthcare services, or clinical research exposure is a plus, but not required.
