Arion Fund, founded in 2015, is a middle-market private credit fund specializing in real-estate secured loans. As a direct bridge lender, we offer real-estate investors quick, short-term bridge financing to fund the acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation and development of residential or commercial properties, including one to four family homes, multifamily properties, condo inventories, mixed-use properties and ground-up construction projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRE Loan Originator located in New York, NY. The candidate is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing bridge and construction loans secured by mixed-use and multifamily assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate bridge and construction loan opportunities across targeted markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and industry professionals to generate consistent deal flow
• Size, price, and negotiate loan terms in accordance with company guidelines and risk-adjusted return targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related field
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in CRE, Loan origination and/or Sales
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Compensation

Base salary, commissions, and discretionary annual bonus, with strong earning opportunity tied to performance and production.
