Account Manager Supply

Account Manager Trane Technologies seeks an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive revenue growth in the heating and cooling solutions sector. Responsibilities Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory. Develop and execute an account‑specific business plan to identify long‑term, mutual support requirements that facilitate strong, profitable partnerships. Identify customers’ problems and/or needs, create a dynamic action plan, and present solutions. Ascertain market opportunities and analyze sales data. Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc. Travel daily within the territory, with some overnight travel required. Qualifications 4+ years of demonstrated experience in business development or sales (degree not required). Successful experience in business development and sales. Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred. Valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years. Compensation Annual base salary range: $72,600.00 – $143,220.00. Position is salary only, incentive eligible.
