Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work standard procedure hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility required for earlier or later procedures
• Call duties divided equally among team members, typically two nights per week and every other weekend
• Weekend call coverage from close of business Friday to department opening Monday morning
• Must respond to call within 30 minutes of notification
• May float between Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab as needed
• Patient ratio of 2:1 during day shifts
• Daily census of approximately 5 patients with 5 visits per day
• Work with adults and geriatric patients
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and Louisiana State License
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in specialty
• Travel experience required - facility does not accept first-time travelers
• Must be assigned to "Emergency Team" during emergency events with expectation to stay at facility
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must maintain over 65 miles distance from facility (no local travelers accepted)
• Compact or Louisiana license must be in hand upon submittal
