Overview Pay range $50-60 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Position Dental Hygienist We Offer Competitive compensation and a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity Monthly bonuses based on office performance Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and more Continuing education reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment Company‑provided certification training and reimbursement for selected training/testing expenses (e.g., CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide) Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist Provide quality, compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other related procedures Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene Assess dental condition and review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting, take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary Provide memorable experiences with compassion for patients and parents Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
