Location: Brownstown Township, MI (23050 West Road)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date/Duration: Open-ended, full-time

Shift: Full-time, rotating schedule (day shifts, on-call, weekends)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively, ensuring safety and comfort
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain management, and immediate postoperative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all procedures accurately within EPIC EMR
• Travel between multiple healthcare locations as required
• Support staffing needs and participate in ongoing professional development
• Adhere to hospital safety, credentialing, and quality standards

What You Need

• Active CRNA license, current BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years anesthesia experience (excluding new graduates)
• Ability to work rotating schedule including weekends and on-call shifts

• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites
