What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Window Cleaning Technician Review jobs and routes for the day Arrive prepared with proper equipment Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers Travel safely and efficiently between jobs Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques Delegate tasks when working with a teammate Place Glide signage at each job site Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk‑around Communicate results and feedback to customers Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized Report vehicle or equipment issues Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day What We’re Looking For in a Window Cleaning Technician Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service Comfortable working independently and on a team Reliable, punctual, and accountable Coachable and open to feedback Wants growth, not just a paycheck MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License Comfortable with physical work and heights Clean Driving Record Pass a Background Check Must be authorized to work in the United States of America Benefits and Opportunities Paid training On‑the‑job coaching Other Incentives and bonuses 100% of Customer tips We promote from within.
