Position Summary We are searching for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support parking operations in Atlanta. This role assists drivers and guests, answers parking-related questions, and helps ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at assigned locations. Key Responsibilities * Assist guests and drivers with parking-related questions and concerns. * Provide clear directions to parking areas, payment points, and exits. * Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. * Support on-site parking staff and supervisors as needed. * Monitor parking areas to ensure a positive guest experience. * Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to remain professional in fast-paced or high-traffic environments. * Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods. * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. * Previous customer service or parking experience is a plus but not required.
