Electro‑Mechanical Service Technician (Converting & Finishing Lines)
Compensation: $24/hr
Hours: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Is this you?- Do you thrive on isolating faults—electrical or mechanical—and getting machines back in the fight fast?
- Can you read a schematic, follow a diagram, and translate a manual into action?
- Are you comfortable moving from a printing press to a conveyor, then to an inserting machine without missing a beat?
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production assets
- Repair and maintain equipment to spec using diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation
- Work across die cutters, presses, inserters, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
- Use hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments to verify quality repairs
- Fabricate and repair parts utilizing welding and machine shop techniques
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and complete condition inspections
- Champion safe, efficient operation across all machinery
- Industrial maintenance background with solid electrical and mechanical repair experience
- Fluency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience with lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting discipline and problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass a drug test
