Sales Representative 461 Enterprise Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 Overview As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook, you provide tailored services at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn prospects into customers using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and drive are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing. Excellent time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking). Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
