Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, with a focus on both inpatient and outpatient care, as needed. This position requires the ability to work 8-hour days and involves participation in a hospital swing bed program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and goals.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and overall health.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experienced in inpatient and outpatient therapy practices.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Web PT and TruBridge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment with a typical staffing ratio of 1-2 PTs and 2 PTAs.
