Trainee program: Paid 4–6 week mentorship route for new school graduates at $650 per week. Onboarding assistance: $300 orientation pay, plus an additional $15 per extra stop. Operational details and schedule Weekly volume: Average of 2,500 consistent miles every week. Home time: Dependable bi-weekly schedules featuring 14 days on the road and 2 full days at home.
