We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our equipment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. To ensure success, you should have advanced mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery, excellent troubleshooting skills, and good time-management skills. Your skills should boost production by ensuring all equipment functions correctly and receives regular maintenance. Your Responsibilities: Assist in Installing any new production equipment. Servicing and maintaining production equipment including motors, PLC's, pneumatics dies. Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machinery Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns. Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. Adjusting and calibrating machinery to improve productivity. Completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. Communicating with the production and management team Maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Other work as assigned. Requirements: Previous work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance Basic Carpentry skills Excellent troubleshooting skills Basic computer and report writing skills Good communication skills Good time-management skills Physical Requirements Within This Position: Stand for the entire shift. Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day. Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day. Reach overhead occasionally. Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently. Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently. Work in a team environment, work with great people!
