Registered Nurse/Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
