A well-established, physician-led neonatal practice is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative care team supporting a 21-bed Level III NICU in Albuquerque, NM. Position Highlights

• 24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a supportive, team-based environment

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily NICU rounds with the neonatology team

• Provide support to the newborn nursery as needed

• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries with support from a dedicated neonatal resuscitation team

• Perform advanced neonatal procedures, including:

  • Endotracheal intubation

  • Umbilical line placement (UAC/UVC)

  • Chest tube or pigtail catheter insertion

  • Lumbar punctures

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)
