CDL-A Truck Drivers- Join a 2-Time TCA Elite Fleet

Are you looking for a CDL-A truck driving job with reliable miles and a driver-first culture? Marten Transport - a back-to-back TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026) - is urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join one of the industry's most stable and financially independent fleets that puts drivers first.

From dependable schedules to competitive pay and modern equipment, Marten continues to set the standard for what drivers should expect from a carrier.

$65,000 - $96,000 salary annually
$1,250 - $1,846 weekly pay range
$5,000 sign-on bonus!

Potential for additional detention pay (from 0 to $160 per 24-hour period )

Qualifications:

A current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
Must have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
Ability to work and interact with others

Background check required. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, or other applicable law.
