Compensation:

• Base pay, plus no-cap commission and bonuses.
• Earn up to 15% Commissions!

Responsibilities

• Sell Property Casualty insurance with a goal of 30+ items per month

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers

• Work agency-provided leads while also building your own sales pipeline

• Generate business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and professional relationships

• Follow up with prospects, identify customer needs, and confidently ask for the sale

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training

• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to the agency

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty (PC) Insurance License – required

• 2+ years of PC insurance sales experience preferred

• A genuine passion for sales and helping people

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and money motivated

• Comfortable prospecting and creating your own sales opportunities

• Positive, coachable, accountable, and eager to grow
