Vivida Dermatology is seeking a dynamic Front Office Specialist to join our Call Center department. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering calls with a focus on accuracy and courtesy. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of front office experience, familiarity with EMR, medical terminology, insurance knowledge, and bilingual abilities.
