Senior Construction Safety Specialist

Near Spartanburg, SC/ Data Center Projects

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading jobsite safety efforts on active, large-scale construction projects

• Conducting site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments

• Supporting high-risk work planning (JHAs, PTPs, pre-task meetings)

• Driving a proactive safety culture with field teams and leadership

• Delivering toolbox talks, orientations, and training

• Partnering closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leaders

• Mentoring junior safety staff and helping elevate team performance

• Managing incident investigations, reporting, and safety documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of construction safety experience

• 5+ years managing construction safety sites or programs

• OSHA 510 + OSHA 500 (Required)

• BCSP Certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) – Strongly Preferred

• Experience working on active jobsite environments

• Strong communicator who can influence safe behaviors in the field

• Comfortable using tools like Procore, Excel, Teams

Pay : $40-$45/hr; $150/day per diem if commute distance allows
