Operations Manager

Job Description

ProspectBlue is partnering with a well-established construction services company to find a Dispatch & Operations Manager to lead its portable sanitation division. You’d run day-to-day operations and be the main point of contact for customers, from routine service to large events.

What you’ll do:

\n
• Take and schedule orders for delivery, pickup, and servicing
\n
• Plan daily driver routes and work assignments
\n
• Help customers plan for large events and long-term projects
\n
• Provide estimates, coordinate payment, and work with billing on accurate invoicing
\n
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
\n
• Coordinate with the shop on truck maintenance and equipment availability
\n
• Supervise and support the department team
\n
• Build customer relationships and pursue new business
\n
• Support roll-off dispatch as needed
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n
• Dispatch, scale house, construction, waste management, logistics, or trucking experience
\n
• Event logistics experience a plus
\n
• Strong customer service, organization, and leadership skills
\n
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and dispatch software
\n
