Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the commercial insurance market. Assess client needs to provide recommendations and custom insurance solutions that align with their business goals. Maintain and service existing accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction through regular communication and prompt issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and customer support, to provide innovative and comprehensive coverage options. Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and changes in insurance products to keep clients informed and ensure compliance. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients in a professional and engaging manner. Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets within established deadlines. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, Commercial Producer, or in a similar client-facing sales role within the insurance sector. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk assessment principles. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools and technology. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while being a collaborative team player. Willingness to participate in professional development and ongoing education to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in the insurance industry.
