CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machnist

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with horizontal machining centers. Strong understanding of CNC programming, Mastercam and G-code. Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
